Refund policy

Tubers Selected For Shipping (Please see Shipping Policy for additional terms):
Each tuber is checked for health and viability prior to and during storage, as well as prior to being shipped. Each tuber will have at least one sprout developing out of the eye, and can be white, pink, red, purple, or green. Since all tubers have sprouts, this ensures their viability and no refunds will be given for any reason due to a tuber not producing blooms.
Tubers come in all shapes and sizes. Size does not play a factor in the viability of the tuber. Even the tiniest tubers are strong and healthy and will produce beautiful blooms. Refunds are not given based on the size of the tuber.
Variety identity concerns must be addressed by August 15th, including photos of the variety in question. No refunds will be given for wrongly identified tubers. An in-store credit will be given for the amount of the dahlia tuber purchased.
Packaging (Please see Shipping Policy for additional terms):
Each order is put together with thoroughness and care. Please open your package upon arrival and inspect your tubers immediately. If your order is incorrect, wrong or missing variety(ies), you must contact us within two days of delivery. A photo of the delivered tubers and shipped invoice are required. If in error, we will correct the order by sending out replacements. All sales are final after this two-day period
Shipping (Please see Shipping Policy for additional terms):
- Please confirm your shipping information is correct at checkout! We want to get your tubers to you safely and efficiently. New shipping fees will apply if your order has to be reshipped due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
- We do not offer combined shipping/refund. Shipping charges will apply to each order placed, regardless of the preceding order(s) placed is/are going to the same address.
- Missing Packages - We are not responsible for lost/delayed/stolen packages or packages either marked as delivered or delivered to the wrong address.
- Dahlia tubers will be shipped around mid-April when temps remain near 40 degrees in our shipping Zone 6. Shipments requested earlier will be at buyers own risk. Refunds and replacements will not be made on early shipments. Dahlias are perishable. Therefore, once planted there are no refunds or replacements.
Processing Orders
You will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We may print multiple or all labels on the same day. However, we may not put the orders together and ship them same day since multiple packages are being processed. However, we are working diligently to put your order together. So, if you don't see your order moving along, it simply means it's still being packaged. We do not substitute varieties. In the event of "OUT OF STOCK", a refund will be automatically issued. Orders are packaged in the order they are received.
Guarantee
A few things will void our guarantee. Our policy is limited to the purchase price of the tubers only. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Deadline for incorrect or missing tubers in your order is two days after the receipt. We don't ship tubers without sprouts The deadline for variety concerns expires on August 15th.
- Multiple photos are required to show us the problem. No photos, no guarantee.
- There are several factors that play a role in the growth of dahlia tubers (or lack thereof): weather, watering, sun, soil, rodents are some. Therefore, I (the seller) am not responsible for the tuber not producing or rotting.
- Please reach out within two days of receiving your order with a quick and friendly email with photos addressing your concerns.
- Cutting or altering the tuber will void the guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your order, returns are required with our labelled tubers in the original packaging for a "no-questions-asked" guaranteed refund. The package must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
